M4 Ranch Group is a family-owned real estate company, based out of Colorado, that specializes in luxury ranches. When they first came to Technology Aloha, their biggest issue was an outdated website that was not serving their needs. It did not portray the company’s luxury aspect or its dedication and care in the handling of clients. In conclusion, it was not a good representation of the brand.

We worked with M4 Ranch Group to create a highly customized website. We took design inspiration from what they envisioned. The site features a fully custom real estate listing system with a unique ranch listing layout that was designed for their exact requests. The custom property listing system has allowed them to really showcase their ranch listings and what makes them special.

The site was also structured to be well integrated with their SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy. By working closely with the client’s SEO team during the build process, we were able to help increase search engine visibility and improve organic search rankings through the design of the new site.

The website also includes a special resources page and an awards page for the client to post their articles and achievements. The website we created allows M4 Ranch Group’s clients to see why it is a special company. It can better meet the needs of its current clients while also generating new leads.

The redesign of their site helped to increase the overall success of the company and has allowed it to continue to flourish. We enjoy working with M4 Ranch Group and continue to offer them ongoing support.
