We have exciting news — Technology Aloha is opening a second office in Bellingham, Washington!

We’ve been hard at work getting ready to expand across the Pacific, and we’re happy to be able to share the news with you!


Your Questions Answered

What’s happening with the Kona Office?

Jillyn will be moving to Washington to set up the new branch, and Hana will be managing the office here in Kona. Jillyn will be leaving at the end of June to kick things off!

Will this affect my website, social media, or any other design or support services that I’m currently getting?

Not at all! Jillyn will still be your primary point of contact, and we’ll still be completely available to provide all the fun services and support you’ve grown to know and love.

Will your hours be changing?

Well, not exactly! We’ll maintain the same hours for our branch here in Hawaii, but with the Bellingham Office on Pacific Time, our team will actually be available for a longer window throughout the workday. If you are scheduling calls or virtual meetings with Jillyn, keep in mind that she will be on Pacific Time starting July 1st.

I’m a client on the Big Island. Can I make an appointment to see Bailey Jillyn before she leaves for Washington?

Of course! If you’d like to schedule an in-person meeting before Jillyn & Bailey leave, you can call to book an appointment. If not, don’t worry—you can still get some face time after Jillyn leaves with a virtual meeting via video chat.

How will this impact my business?

With the additional resources of a mainland office, we’ll be able to provide you with even more value than a strictly Hawaii-based company. We’ll also be able to better support the expansion of your business to the mainland market, if that’s something you’re working towards.

Do I need to mail my invoice payments to a new address?

We’re glad you asked. Although we’ll still be receiving mail at the usual Kona address, our finances will be primarily handled at the Bellingham office, so we’d love it if you could mail your checks there instead. Keep an eye out for the updated mailing address on your next invoice.
